This is vlog #2; in this vlog I further discuss some topics from vlog#1. But in this one I lay out more details of how I came to find myself artistically as a sound producer. This is one of the parts of me as an electic artist; a creative producer of Visuals/ Sound/ Movement. As time goes on I’m growing more and more as an artist and discovering a lot about myself and WGP.

Vlog #2 Update

This vlog relates to further vlogs  of me exploring how I came into the artistry of creative producing visual/ sound/ movement. Vlog #2 was before I accepted myself as an eclectic artist but it still has some interesting thoughts and look at my journey at that point; making it a fond time-stamp journal entry to look back on, I now understand more fully how my artistry works and interconnects.

The thoughts ring truth my feelings at the time this vlog was posted but now you can disregard anything about me saying music is my only focus. I was at a artistic crossing searing point when I said those things and I have grew a lot since then. I’m an elect artist. I’m a creative producer: a Sound/ Visual/ Movement producer.

At various points in my creative journey I had to focus on a one area in order to build it to a proficient level and now I’m at point where all three skills are at a great level and I understand how all three of these art-forms mix together and I feel I’m individual who has something different to bring the party. The order of me developing these skills was dance, film and the music. And now I understand that music was at the heart and start of it motivating stories, dance moves and visual ideas and now I’m able create my lifestyle intertwining this skills and using all in one beautifully project or selectively use one or two at time for different projects. The art forms all impact improve one another; at least for me and keep fresh ideas moving and growing and allow for new innovative creativity.

What I am and What WGP Is

(The below was edited to reflect my next evolution of artist of someone having three areas of skills and finding how they all relate and fuel one another)

What I am and how that helped form the idea for WGP

I’m first and foremost, a creative producer. With dance and visual directing, and music producing; they all harmonize together as parts of my creative being and I feel strong about all three of those areas. The love of sound/ music is be a driving force for me, but so is communication and storytelling and those three ideals is part of what allows me to be skill in these art-forms. But in this time capsule of a video, I was truly enamored with music and realizing I knew how to create in my own unique way was finding a new extension and voice for myself. I danced to music and I was also moved by music to create visuals both with movement and images and then discovering also stories and worlds because of my early youth of imaging worlds and writing short stories and then creating short films. So at the core, music is one of driving force that inspires and drives my creativity along with later finding also communicating creative ideas and stories was equally as important. Now along with being a creative producer; WGP is of course top priority and my elect artistry is one ideas that formed With Gomes Productions.
